Some detail about payout and promotion:

Level1: New Hire

New hire sale rep will earn 80% commission per sale

For each sale you made, for example if you close a sale with a $120 plan, which means your earn 120 points. or, an annual premium of $1,296 plan, meaning that you earn 1,296 points.

Level 2: Division Manager

When you make 15,000 points, your commission will be raised to 85%

Level 3: Regional Manager

After completing level 2, your point will restart accumulating. Once you got 15,000 points, you will be promoted to 90% commission.

Level 4: Senior Manager

This is the highest level. After you complete level 3, your point will start to accumulate again. Once you earn another 15,000 points, your commission will be raised to 95%.
